Reduce radiator noise
1. Silent radiator
The principle of the silent radiator is to increase the fan speed, speed up the airflow, increase the diameter of the fan, and widen the airflow channel. While increasing the diameter of the fan, it also increases the wind receiving area of the heat sink. Or you can optimize the shape of the fan blades of the radiator, and use a drainage design to prevent the airflow from spreading around, so as to guide the surrounding air flow instead of forcing the air.
2. Speed control
The main goal of the radiator fan is to meet the heat dissipation of high-end high-load processors, but in actual work, most of them deal with low-to-medium load and mid-end mainstream processors, and do not need to use the highest speed to provide the maximum air volume , so many manufacturers will control the speed to reduce the noise of the radiator.
Integration of radiator and chassis
The external cold air is sucked into the industrial computer by the radiator in front of the chassis and the cooling holes on both sides of the chassis, passes through various accessories in the industrial computer, and finally passes through the CPU, and part of the hot air is discharged from the radiator at the rear of the chassis. Another part of the hot air is exhausted through the heat sink of the power supply. This design can increase the air volume of the radiator, increase the speed, efficiently dissipate heat, reduce the noise of the radiator, and prolong the service life of the machine.
